How Rental Dispatch works

Built around one idea: a fixed total, agreed up front, with the money held until the owner is satisfied or the clock runs out.

1. 01

   Pick a category and market

   Choose the service you need and the city the property sits in. Only verified providers covering that market show up.

2. 02

   Exchange offers

   You send a total price, or the provider sends one first. Either side can counter. There is no hourly billing — the agreed number is the number.

3. 03

   Funds are held

   When the offer is accepted the total is captured and held by the platform. The provider can see it is secured before starting.

4. 04

   24 hours to dispute

   The provider marks the job complete with documentation. You have 24 hours to raise a dispute, otherwise funds release automatically.

5. 05

   Reviews close the loop

   You leave a public 5-star review with comments. Your own owner rating stays private and is only visible to a provider once you message them.
